A bright, refreshing chicken salad studded with sweet grapes, crisp apples, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for sandwiches, lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.
Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 medium apple, diced (Honeycrisp or Fuji work well)
- 0.5 cup celery, diced
- 0.5 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 0.75 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
