A bright, refreshing chicken salad studded with sweet grapes, crisp apples, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for sandwiches, lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 medium apple, diced (Honeycrisp or Fuji work well)
  • 0.5 cup celery, diced
  • 0.5 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
