A simple, creamy tuna salad perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or over greens.
Ingredients
- 2 can tuna (5 oz cans, drained)
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

Drain the tuna well and transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Break up any large chunks with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Fold in the diced celery and red onion.

Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
